Upgrades...

Most Macs today have a limited capacity for upgrade. Obviously, the ultimate upgrade is a new(er) mac and we can often offer this option, trading in your old mac. Sometimes this is more sensible than a repair.

What can be upgraded to great effect is your hard drive and we are fitting loads of Crucial Solid State Drives which bring an amazing speed increase to any mac with a standard rotational drive 

RAM upgrades are pretty DIY, but if you are wary of opening your mac we will happily fit it for you.

System Software Upgrades are freely downloadable from Apple but it is worth considering a full backup, erase and install when moving to the next system especially if your Mac has been a bit slower or hasn’t been upgraded for several versions. We will quote you for this depending on the complexity of your setup.
